– “Participating Stores”: Selected participating Tasty Gallos South Africa stores, as listed under section 2 of this document, where a detailed list of Participating Stores will be provided.
– “Tasty Gallos Official”: A designated employee or representative of Tasty Gallos present at Participating Stores to oversee the competition.
– “Entrants”: Individuals who participate in the Spin the Wheel Competition by spinning the wheel in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
– “Prizes”: Items listed as rewards in the Spin the Wheel Competition, subject to availability and as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
– “Competition Host”: Tasty Gallos Pty Ltd t/a Tasty Gallos South Africa, the entity responsible for organizing, administering, and overseeing the Spin the Wheel Competition.
– “Eligible Spin”: A single, valid attempt by an Entrant to spin the competition wheel during the promotional period, conducted in the presence of a Tasty Gallos Official and verified as meeting these Terms and Conditions.
– “Promotional Period”: The duration of the competition, commencing on 16 December 2024 and concluding on 20 February 2025, during which Eligible Spins are valid for wins.
– This competition is open to all customers visiting Participating Stores during the Promotional Period.
– Each customer is permitted one spin per person, per device.
– Customers under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
– Employees, agents, consultants of the Competition Host, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
– The competition is valid only at Participating Stores.
– Participating Stores include:
– Each Entrant is allowed a single Eligible Spin of the wheel during the Promotional Period.
– The spin must be conducted in the presence of a Tasty Gallos Official. Spins not verified by a Tasty Gallos Official are considered void and unredeemable.
– The Competition Host reserves the right to limit the number of spins per day at each Participating Store.
– Proof of purchase may be required to participate in the competition.
– The available Prizes include:
– FREE Gallo Burger (upon providing a Google Review)
– FREE Tasty Twist
– FREE Tasty Citrus (with Burger purchase)
– FREE Double Gallo Burger
– Prizes must be redeemed immediately upon winning.
– Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability.
– In the event that a Prize is unavailable, the Competition Host reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
– Only one Prize will be awarded per spin.
– Prizes are valid only at the Participating Store where the spin occurred and cannot be redeemed at other locations.
– Prizes must be claimed immediately. Failure to claim the Prize on the same visit will render the Prize null and void.
– By participating in the competition, Entrants consent to the collection of their personal information, including name, cell number, and email address.
– Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Competition Host and grant explicit consent for such communications.
– Entrants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.
– Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
– By participating in the competition, Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Competition Host, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of any Prize.
– The Competition Host is not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of any products.
– The spin must be completed in the presence of a Tasty Gallos Official. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
– Each Entrant is allowed one Eligible Spin per day per person, per device. Any attempts to circumvent this rule, such as using multiple devices or false identities, will result in immediate disqualification.
– The Competition Host reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
– Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Competition Host.
– The Competition Host reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions, acting fraudulently, or engaging in any behavior that compromises the fairness or integrity of the competition.
– This competition is conducted in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
– An independent auditor or legal representative may oversee the conduct of the competition to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
– Records related to the competition will be retained for a minimum of three years.
– The Competition Host shall not be held liable for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
– By participating in the competition, Entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
– Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
